We intentionally exclude unnecessary elements, such as variable displacement motors, requiring maximum oil flow which are not suitable for mulchers. This design approach not only reduces manufacturing costs but also results in a durable and reliable mulching head with impressive power output.

The bite limiter rotor features a double helix for standard flow and a triple helix for high flow. These bite limiter rotors are essential for handling Australian timber, which is significantly harder than that found in America or Europe; without them, the mulching head would struggle considerably more.

AR’s lead designer and head fitter possess extensive experience in land clearing and vegetation management, giving them a deep understanding of the challenging environments in which these mulchers operate.
