Got my new AR Grab last week and it turned up broken off the pallet with a crushed hose. Glenn from the workshop called to see if I had got it and when i told him about the hose they sent one straight down! We bought on of their flails to put to some serious work and this thing is a beast!!! the Workshop at AR helped up set it to our machine to get the best out of it and it tears. thanks guys.

We’ve had our ar equivalent grab since April 2018 on our 3.5 ton excavator so over 7 years it’s done hundreds of hours of hard work as can be seen in pics and apart from regular greasing each day it’s been totally trouble free
After such a good run from that We’ve just decided to purchase a new  combination grab bucket  to suit our new Kubota 3.5 tonner

We brought a gen 2 rotating grab from AR Equipment for our new 8 ton Kubota which was packaged from All Class Kubota.
We had a small issue with the opening not quite being enough and we spoke to James about it and he decided the best thing was to redesign the grab. It was going to take 4-6months to complete, so James told us to keep the current grab as it was still doing the job well for us and give it a hard time so if there were any further weaknesses James could engineer them out.
We have been lifting 1.5-2 ton concrete blocks in tough conditions solidly for 6 months with the grab and I can tell you it's been fantastic!
Stephen brought us down the new grab a 2.5hr drive to change them over and the new one is now perfect. Not everything always goes right, but James and the team fixed the problem and made it right. I highly recommend AR Equipment and their team.
